Return policy

You can cancel your contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. Unworn items and original packaged socks and boxer shorts that you are not completely satisfied with will be refunded within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method for the full value of the product (excluding shipping costs). We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned items. Returns after 14 days will not be refunded and will be sent back to you, the cost of postage must be borne by the customer.

1. To request a return, please log into your customer account and follow the instructions below.

2. Log in to your account by clicking on the link below or the profile icon in the top menu and follow these steps:

- Enter your email address in the Email field and then click 'Continue'.
- Open the email sent by our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code contained in the email.
- Go back to the online shop and enter your six-digit verification code.
- Click on the order for which you wish to request a return.
- If your order contains more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
- Select a reason for the return and add a note if necessary.
- Click on 'Request a return'.

3. Make sure that all returned items are undamaged. Damaged products cannot be refunded or exchanged. Boxer shorts and socks can only be returned if they are unworn and in their original packaging.

4. If your return request is approved, repack your items carefully.

5. Please mark the package with the following address:

6. Send your package back to us. Please remember to ask your local post office for proof of shipment and keep it for reference. Otherwise, we will not be able to process the return or refund any money if we do not receive your package.

Once we receive the product, you will receive your refund.

Who bears the costs for the exchange?
The costs of returning the goods to us are to be borne by the customer; we will cover the delivery costs for sending the exchanged goods.

Are you waiting for confirmation of your return?
Once we receive your return, we will check what you have sent back. Please allow up to 14 days for this. We will notify you by email once we have refunded the costs.

Can I return multiple orders together?
You can easily return multiple orders at once. Please note that you must register a return with us for both orders.

Incomplete or incorrect address information:
If the package could not be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address information and is sent back to us, resulting in costs, these costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. If you wish to have the package delivered again, you will be responsible for the costs incurred by the return shipment and the shipping costs incurred by a new delivery.
